Delivery Information

Delivery within 3 working days


We endeavor to deliver all stocked items within 3 working days of both you confirming your delivery address by return email and us confirming receipt of your order, although this timeframe is an estimate only. ??If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).
 

Physical delivery address required as delivery is by courier


We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address so please provide a physical address. ?Delivery will be by courier or freight forwarder using the New Zealand Post ParcelPost Tracked service or PBT Couriers. An email will be sent to you when the goods are dispatched to enable you to track and trace your order. ??The New Zealand Post ParcelPost Tracked service is a non-signature product. Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to accept it (a business or commercial address is preferable). If you are unavailable to accept an item when our courier calls, the parcel will be left at the address provided.

 

What happens with Non-Delivery or Lost Parcels?


By accepting our terms you agree to appoint the courier or postal service to be your agent for taking delivery of the products on your behalf. Delivery to the courier service shall be deemed delivery to you.

However, if you require our assistance, please contact our Customer Service team, who may be able to advise you further or initiate an investigation with the courier, on your behalf.

Delivery Outside New Zealand


An overseas order may be placed with an International Residential or Office Address. The delivery times may vary from Country to Country. Minimum time of delivery would be no less than 2 weeks. The delivery would be made through International courier packs and may require additional charges on each shipment based on the size and quantity.

Free shipment option would be applicable in certain times and on certain orders when a particular promotion is in place.

Packages do not ship from our Distribution Centre on the following holidays:

Easter Monday
ANZAC Day
Queen’s Birthday
Labour Day
Christmas Day
Boxing Day
Boxing Day Holiday

Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days prior to any of the above public holidays.
Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
